The blue powder contains booster particles. As a result, it eases the separation of the hair strands considerably without damaging them. The Olive blue powder is mostly used in hat-highlights and full decolorizing.

Instructions:To get better results, mix even amounts of the blue and the white powder with Olive 9% oxidant when removing the color of head hairs.
